Wow.  3 months behind.  It's been a busy Fall.  Apologies now for the photo-centric posts, but otherwise I'll never get them up.

After months of begging, we finally succumbed and took the boys to see Jurassic World.  They loved it.

 

We took an August vacation to Durango with the Jung side of the family.  Great vacation.  Great weather.  Nice to get away.

Riley celebrated his 8th birthday while we were in Durango.

 

We went on a tour of an old mine.  Fun and thrilling and a little bit scary!

 

Ran into a Lily B mom in Durango!

 

Vacation wore Carter out and he fell asleep before we even boarded the plane to go home.

When we got home Riley & Carter were invited to the zoo with the Millers.

Riley & Carter took the train to the Perot Museum with the Loveladys.

 

We moved Riley's party to the Forest Park Pool this year and it was a ton of fun!

Carter has been snuggling in bed with me most mornings and I LOVE IT.  He's giggled in his sleep a few times too.  Adorable.

 

Chad & I went to a painting with a twist style party that we purchased at the Lily B auction.

 

And before we knew it, the first day of school was upon us.  Riley started 2nd grade for the 2nd time and Carter started KG.  Riley has Ms. Daniels and Carter has Mrs. Barrett (who Riley also had for KG).

 

Riley is really loving Minecraft and Chad showed him how to hook it up to the TV so when friends are over they can watch what each other is building by looking at the TV.
